Israel’s startup ecosystem—fueled by substantial investments, strong government support, and close ties with military and security institutions—has enabled the country to play a strategic role in the development and application of AI. This phenomenon has implications that go beyond the technological realm, influencing geopolitical dynamics as well.<br /><br />players (the government, private sector, military, and academia), and explain the geopolitical consequences stemming from the advancement of these technologies both regionally and globally.<br /><br />What factors have contributed to Israel becoming one of the global centers for AI startups?<br /><br />The central hypothesis of this research is that the development of Israel’s AI startup ecosystem is not only the result of governmental support and domestic technological capabilities, but also serves as a new geopolitical tool that enables Israel to maintain and expand its security and intelligence superiority in the region.<br /><br />Analyses indicate that Israel, by leveraging a coordinated network of innovative companies, military-intelligence agencies, and international investors, has managed to secure a prominent position in both civilian and military applications of AI. These advancements have increased Israel’s political bargaining power on the international stage and deepened the technological divide in the region.<br /><br />Thus, Israel’s AI ecosystem is not only a successful economic model but also a strategic instrument in the evolving landscape of geopolitical relations. در یک دهه اخیر، اسرائیل به عنوان یکی از قطب‌های نوآوری در حوزه فناوری‌های پیشرفته، به‌ویژه هوش مصنوعی ، تبدیل شده است. اکوسیستم استارت‌آپی اسرائیل، با تکیه بر سرمایه‌گذاری‌های کلان، حمایت‌های دولتی، و ارتباط نزدیک با نهادهای نظامی-امنیتی، موجب شده است که نقشی راهبردی در توسعه و کاربرد هوش مصنوعی ایفا کند. این پدیده، پیامدهایی فراتر از حوزه تکنولوژی دارد و در سطوح ژئوپلیتیکی نیز تأثیرگذار است. هدف این مطالعه، تحلیل ساختار اکوسیستم استارت‌آپ‌های هوش مصنوعی در اسرائیل، بررسی نقش بازیگران اصلی (دولت، بخش خصوصی، نظامیان و دانشگاه‌ها) و تبیین پیامدهای ژئوپلیتیکی ناشی از توسعه این فناوری‌ها در منطقه و سطح بین‌المللی است. حال با توجه به موارد مذکور؛پرسش اصلی پژوهش را می توان چه عواملی سب شده اند که اسرائیل به یکی از قطب‌های جهانی در زمینه استارت‌آپ‌های هوش مصنوعی تبدیل شود؟در نظر گرفت.فرضیه این پژوهش نیز آن است که توسعه اکوسیستم استارت‌آپ‌های هوش مصنوعی در اسرائیل، نه‌تنها محصولی از حمایت‌های دولتی و ظرفیت‌های فناورانه داخلی است، بلکه ابزار ژئوپلیتیکی جدیدی در اختیار اسرائیل برای حفظ و گسترش برتری امنیتی و اطلاعاتی در منطقه است. تحلیل‌ها نشان می‌دهند که اسرائیل با بهره‌گیری از شبکه‌ای هماهنگ شامل شرکت‌های نوآور، نهادهای نظامی-اطلاعاتی و سرمایه‌گذاران بین‌المللی، توانسته است جایگاه برجسته‌ای در توسعه کاربردی و نظامی هوش مصنوعی به‌دست آورد. این پیشرفت‌ها به افزایش قدرت چانه‌زنی سیاسی اسرائیل در عرصه بین‌المللی و به تعمیق شکاف فناوری در منطقه دامن زده است. از این رو، اکوسیستم هوش مصنوعی اسرائیل نه تنها یک مدل اقتصادی موفق، بلکه ابزاری راهبردی در معادلات ژئوپلیتیکی نوین تلقی می‌شود.
