Abstract
The ISIS, which is considered one of the most radical Salafi groups, has introduced itself to the world as a government in the last few years under various titles such as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) or the Islamic Caliphate Center, or the Islamic State, and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi as the caliph of all Muslims in the world. They have chosen their leader and asked all Muslims to pledge allegiance to him by capturing Mosul in 2013 and attacking Iraq and capturing almost half of the territory of Iraq. Iraqi Shia joined them and they stopped almost after a while, but despite this, ISIS tried to recruit young Muslims from all over the world with all kinds of propaganda. And we have witnessed the recruitment of ISIS from most of the Islamic and non-Islamic countries, in the meantime, the Kurdistan region, including the Kurdistan region of northern Iraq and western Iran, has been the target of ISIS's media propaganda to attract Kurdish youth, which seems to have helped to some extent in recruiting troops, especially in Iraqi Kurdistan. It has been successful, but it has not been able to gain serious influence or recruit troops among the Kurds of Iran, although we do not deny the tendency of some of these young people in the Oramanat region to join ISIS, of course, the reasons for these tendencies can be determined according to the survey conducted among the people of the region. It has become clear for us to some extent and we will continue to deal with it.
