During the past half century, the United States of America, despite the ups and downs and special events that happened in the international system, has maintained its supremacy as a superior power. The diplomacy and foreign policy of that country can be effective. The planning and implementation of foreign policy in any country is the responsibility of individuals and groups that we are bound to recognize in analyzing the foreign policy of that country. After the Second World War, the United States of America, as the superior power in the international system, influenced by its political, economic and military capabilities, has the most extensive and active foreign policy among the countries of the world, and has an active presence in most parts of the world, directly or indirectly. and this wide presence required a strong diplomatic and foreign policy apparatus, and in this article, an attempt was made to examine the elements and sources that played an effective role in the formation of such a foreign policy.
