An Analysis of I.R. of Iran and U.S.A. Foreign Policy towards ISIS in Iraq from the Perspectives of Neo-Institutional Theory

Abstract
Iraq after the invasion of U.S.A in 2011, has been involved in many developments. But the issue Which is involved Iraq in massive crisis, has been attack Islamic State to this country in 2014. ISIS in the years of 2014 to 2016, had progress in Iraq. Now Iraq crisis has attracted many regional and trans-regional power. Iran as a regional power and U.S. as trans-regional power, including other countries are present in this crisis. The main question in this article is regarding to Neo-institutional theory, can I.R. of Iran and U.S.A in Iraq crisis, have Political-military cooperation under the auspices of an international organization? The paper assumes is that axis Ideology approach of Islamic Republic of Iran and also the purely self-interested of U.S. double game in dealing with developments, deterring the two countries to work together for fighting against the Islamic State in Iraq. Our research method in this paper is descriptive and analytical with using of library tools.
