Abstract
The challenge of the legitimacy of the Zionist regime in the international arena has been formed since its establishment and has continued until now. Contrary to the usual and popular wars against countries, in which the element of knowledge is considered as a complementary, subordinate and dependent element, in the battle for legitimacy, this element, i.e. knowledge, becomes the most important and effective. In the cognitive battle against the Zionist regime, even more concrete and objective measures such as trying to increase restrictions against it are pursued with the aim of questioning the image of this regime in the eyes of public opinion, focusing on cognitive effectiveness and challenge its existence as a Jewish nation-state. With this description, the confrontation to maintain the legitimacy of the Israeli regime can be considered as a suitable issue to understand in the framework of cognitive battle. This article is descriptive-analytical in terms of method and practical in terms of purpose. The centrality of collecting information and data with library references and review of works written in the field of cognitive warfare is to investigate the actions taken by the delegitimizes or supporters of the delegitimization of the Zionist regime and then it examines and evaluates the reactions of its opponents (supporters of delegitimization).
