Abstract
According to numerous international reports and documentation from responsible institutions in international organizations in accordance with international law, in the October 7, 2023 war between Palestine and Israel, the regime committed crimes against humanity, war crimes and genocide, among which the slogan and functional conflicts of some Arab rulers in dealing with this issue are very reflective, which, despite their moral, religious, international responsibilities, explains the necessity of this article .In this research search we are looking for a suitable answer to this question with a descriptive analytical approach using the documentation and library method conflicts How is the mental data of Arab rulers and political leaders, contrary to some of their slogans on the Palestinian issue, debatable in the field from the perspective of criminal and political psychology data? It seems that such rulers are trying to satisfy the great powers and historical and religious beliefs due to the lack of internal legitimacy ...
